Once I started it I could not put this book down. Phillip Margolin wove a taut and exciting legal drama, full of very interesting and believable characters. He had false leads and kept you in doubt until the very unexpected end.

The book required reading a few chapters before it got interesting - I enjoyed how the son had accepted the punishment from his father in a big law firm that his father ran and in the end when he needed advice and help he found that his father would be there for him - the son had learned a valuable lesson in humility. In writing this I am having to remember just how it all happened as it has been a few months since I read the book. It was a good book and I think anyone would enjoy it.

Highly recommend very engaging the author did a great job portraying each character and bring them to life. Well done

I had never read anything by Margolin and just accidently happened to come across a book by him that I thought I might enjoy. Well, it got me hooked. I am now in the process of reading everything written by Margolin and so far, not one of his books has disappointed me. A great mystery writer.

Very exciting with a lot of intrigueGood story but some of the police interrogation was just too far fetched to believe.The conclusion made the book worth reading
