About the Author
Seth Casteel is an award-winning photographer and New York Times Best Selling Author. His series of Underwater Dogs photographs have been seen by hundreds of millions of people around the world and have become one of the most famous series of images in the past decade. In 2007, Seth began volunteering to photograph homeless pets to help them find loving families. These improved photos showcased unique personalities, resulting in countless adoptions. One day, someone asked if they could commission Seth to photograph their dog. A photo from this photo shoot was chosen to be on the cover of a popular pet magazine, which sparked a career as a pet photographer. Since then, Seth's work has been published in National Geographic, The New York Times and in hundreds of other magazines, newspapers and calendars. You may have also seen him on Good Morning America, EXTRA, Jeopardy!, The Insider and Inside Edition. He has traveled the world in pursuit of his passion, working with animals on five continents. This was the first year I bought this calendar for a gift! It was definitely a .hit and my son loved it! I now buy . one every year. It is his favorite gift every year!
Nice calendar but I have bought every calendar in this series and he is starting to reuse pictures. Kind of disappointing Seth!
I had a swimming dogs calendar last year and they were cute. I loved when Letterman had the dog jumping contests. The 2017 dog swimming calendar is creepy. Nearly all the dogs are showing too many teeth and large teeth at that. the calender is not cute or amusing
These calendars were so much fun, they made me laugh. I purchased multiple copies of them as Christmas gifts and each person who received it had the same reaction. I even kept one for myself and use it all the time.
I love this calendar! I work in a middle school and the students enjoy it too. They look ahead to see the pictures for the upcoming months. It's nice to have something fun and silly to display to make their day more enjoyable!
Was a gift for my son and he loves it. The pictures are very funny. He and I have giggled over each monthly picture. It's about standard wall calendar size and the date blocks are big enough for short notes.
Pretty zany pictures, works well as a gift for weird people! Personally it was too intimate with the dog's mouth for myself.
