thing I like about this book is the way its written, so simple and clear! I tried Apple butter, carrot pancakes from breakfast recipes , Fish patties and potato paties from lunch recipes and there is a recipe in LUNCH Cold tomato soup thats really tastes good. from Dinner recipe I have tried Buckwheat Casserole and Italian sausage casserole.

The first though that occurs to me when I hear “meal prep” is a new mother who had just given birth. I imagine these ladies need their fridge to be fully prepped.

It sure does make life easier by preparing meals ahead of time then freeze them for later. Even better when the recipes included are for healthy meals

I haven’t frozen any liquids yet, but it goes really well with patties, casseroles, snacks. My daughter microwaves her breakfast by herself before school. Such a good girl))

Pancakes are really excellent breakfasts if you have them stored of course. I prefer the mushrooms filling sometimes combined with chicken.

As I’m a busy mom, these recipes are definitely for me. Saved my time and energy and children are happy with the tasty dishes. What could be best?

I like the idea, but I don’t think I can do the meal prep for the week, I practiced freezing ravioli before. Now I am eager to find out what else is good for keeping ready in stock.

I love liver pate sandwiches for breakfasts but sometimes too lazy to cook it again. At the same time I get tired of the same thing every day, so I decided to freeze it for the nearest future and so it goes with other dishes too. I keep mine in a “sausage”
